Massage has been used for wellness in civilizations across the world for thousands of years. There is a vast array of techniques both newer and of ancient origin coming from various cultures. I try to appreciate the diversity of techniques and learn and incorporate as many as possible. Currently, I am offering Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, and Thai Massage. Every massage session is unique and catered to the needs of the client. My focus is always on you and how best to help you. Receiving regular massage therapy will aid with pain reduction, increased flexibility, lower blood pressure, and will release endorphins resulting in a better sense of wellbeing.
